W did it, I lost it Subaru

First off, they held the 2 days longer than they said and didn’t have a courtesy car available. Secondly, we got are car covered in bird poop and they did not offer to clean it off. Very obvious where they park the cars awaiting service and pick up. Horrible customer experience and service. Nothing but excuses and incorrect information. Sad thing, it’s the only option and they know. They won’t own it or fix. Highly disappointed.

My faith in Wyatt Johnson has been restored due to Ms. Danielle Morrison. I recently went to have my oil changed and some flashing lights looked at which became a problem. Danielle Morrison was my service representative and immediately started checking in to the situation to ensure that I was guaranteed the best service by checking my warranty information and how to best serve my needs. She then arranged for parts to be ordered and available when I returned from vacation. Unfortunately due to the parts department giving my parts away I was only able to get part of the work done upon my return, even after myself and Danielle Morrison checked to ensure they were there. Needless to say I was not happy Danielle immediately addressed the situation with the parts and service department and got the situation resolved. Danielle Morrison is a shinning example of excellent customer service she treated me like a member of her family by being honest, caring, understanding and kept me informed on every transaction. I personally wanted to jump on someones desk due to the errors made but I knew without certainty that she was doing that for me. Most of the time when I go in for service on my car I have to be on my guard wondering what they are going to try and charge me with. I never worried with Danielle Morrison on my side, she is a shinning example of what the automotive industry service should be and I will not go there unless she is working. We have bought several vehicles and had our vehicles done by Wyatt Johnson over the years and this is the FIRST time I didn't feel like I was cheated. Thank you Danielle Morrison for being my blessing and restoring my faith in honesty and integrity. You are the best Danielle Morrison!👏👏👏
